    OzB's favourite ring of fire

My favourite is the kimchi variant, which is also discounted to $5 at Coles

  • if you're not adding egg, garlic, and kewpie then you're doing yourself a disservice.

    • When do you add the mayo , never tried it

you beat the egg, mayo, garlic (i use from a jar but fresh is better) and seasoning packs together then add to the noodles. it's good!

Thanks for sharing this. Will surely try soon. I usually do it in conservative way: add egg while boiling the noodle+seasoning.

I like soup so I just add it in the end on top of the noodle, okonomiyaki style

    • Add egg after you take noodles out of the broth. Stops it sticking to the noodles

The MSG is what makes it good

      • The king of flavour.

  • Usually cheaper from a korean grocery store imho

    • My local Asian grocery store has these for ~$5.

  • It's a deal. Buy them, store them and eat them in winter or on cold days to avoid burning your tongue!

  • These are good for snack when watching movie. Just crush and eat.
