Yeah, I am sad, I spent average $15 on this game per year.
Until my friend asked me to help him buy a package of cigarettes, $54 for PJ 30 Blue.
Then I goes, damn, I saved $2.5k per year just on Cigs alone, if he goes through 1 pack per week, and $20k if he goes through 1 pack per day.
Funnily enough, my yearly game expenses is actually lower after I play Genshin, Previously I would budget around thousand a year on console games, steam games, etc. Now I only spend welkins and the occasional splurge which only costs me a few hundreds per year. I am actually saving money playing Genshin lmao.
Hey as long as you are enjoying yourself somehow. However what I think of most though is time, I think people care about having wasted time they've invested in the game not the money, but still they definitely compound on each other too.
Concerns regarding gatcha games and gambling are valid, and gaming addictions are alos serious, but:
* saying that its either for the story or nothing is a mischaracterisation
* the aggresive communication is not going to encourage anyone to seek therapy and could just push people further away from considering they may have a problem.Wat

You get to adventure rank 10 very quickly, probably few hours of gameplay at most. And these codes usually work for the duration of the 6 weeks update patch, so you should be able to claim these codes when the time comes.
