That looks like a good item. Any idea how good it grinds for espresso? I'm currently buying ground coffee but would love to switch to beans and grind them but was hesitant since most of the good grinders cost more than the price of my espresso machine.
Doesn't grind straight out of the box but can be modded easily if you're into that thing.
It would be fine if you're using pressurised baskets , and so would the Bodum, but I would still prefer the sunbeam

Thanks!
Which one? When I click your link there are options for the "Fresh" "Precision" and "Pro"
is this a burr grinder?
Read the post
yes it is.
I have one of these. good enough for aeropress. but not great for espresso.
as the above comments, go for the sunbeam.
Probably coz Bodum doesn't have espresso machine to sell.
Bodum….an overpriced brand you usually see at Myer and DJs, that they can regularly discount 50% during sales and still lack the quality at their discounted price point.
Your mileage may vary but mine conked out of the blue after 2 years. Replaced with Baratz Encore, recommended over this one.
I've had mine for 3yrs and still going well.
We only use it for aeropress, but does the job.
used it for about a year on aeropress.
Then used it for about 2 years with pressurised baskets.
I then gave it to my sister and she's had it for two years using it for Moka.
When we move into our new reno'd house, I've got my eye on the Baratz Encore to have for our setup.
That and a Gaggia Classic or a Saeco Via Venezia is the solid entry level pair
I bought one of these years ago for about half this price on special, and it cannot grind fine enough for espresso.
I'd personally get the below at this price point.
