  • A lot of my crackle was still wet

    • As in from the oil it was fried in?

      • Yes and it wasn't dried properly

    • I completely read that the wrong way.

  • I would have jumped on this if it was cooked in lard our similar, looks like it's cooked in canola oil and I'm trying my best to avoid seed oils

    • The keto rind is cooked in lard.
