  • Thanks! Tempted, though only Bluetooth 4 and micro usb charging probably puts off…

      $19….

      • Yeah that's why I'm still tempted

It literally won’t cost them extra dollar to have bt5 and usb c

        • +1

Yeah agreed. Could be that these things were manufactured ages ago, as well. In which case the battery may be worse off than expected

        • Cost of manufacturing a product has little to do with its price. Even if they cost exactly the same, bt5 will be more expensive than the bt4 model because more people will be willing to pay more for the former.

I suggest you to play Universal Paperclips to understand how pricing works.

  • IPX6 is water resistant not waterproof

At this stage not buying it might be doing everyone a favour. Bt4 and micro usb landfill anyway

Makes noise. Gotta be worth $19…

  • Seller feedback is not the best.

  • Ebay, pp protection, $19… what can u say…

  • i thought 3 pcs

    • 3/6. So you get half a speaker.

    the rep posted weeks ago

  • I searched everywhere for reviews and found very little information.
But for $20 I thought I'd take a chance on it.
    Will update after it arrives…..

    PS
Thank you to who ever edited my post I couldn't include link in title due to it being to big for some reason

$18.95 with PLUSJAN1 - we need to squeeze all the bargains from this.

A mate of mine bought this for $39 a while ago. Sound quality is crap, bluetooth does not stay connected most of the times, battery does not last for more than 2hrs. As the name suggests it is infact sound “BRICK”. RRP is a joke

    • For $19 I've taken the chance. If it turns up..

      • For $19, its worth a shot. You never know, your unit might have a stable bluetooth connection, if so it's a win-win situation. If you are at beach or park, you don’t have to worry about someone nicking the unit :)

        • I'm still rocking the $10 "Asti Vita" (?) one that was posted yonks ago. I use it to listen to podcasts in the shower and as I'm getting ready in the morning. It's not perfect, but I've been surprised at how long it's lasted… hence this $20 one caught my eye, because my Asti will likely khark it soon…

  • it's $19 on every store. Inflated and discounted

    • I saw some places selling it for over $100

  • Update
Received speaker last week and am happy with it for what it is.
Could do with some more bass but what can you expect from a tiny speaker.
Perfect for listening to podcasts/navigation if your car hasn't got Bluetooth.
Only thing to complain about is the built in microphone doesn't work very well if equalizer settings on your phone are set wrong.
