Garmin Vivofit Jr. 3, Kids Fitness/Activity Tracker $99 Delivered @ MYER

60

After the Vivofit Jr 2 went through the wash and did not survive, I was having a look to see how much a replacement would be. This isn't an amazing deal, but good for those wanting one in time for school starting. Not having to re-charge, the smaller band size, and the kid-focused features make these a popular choice for kids around ages 4-10yo.

Amazon looks to have dropped their prices to match, they also have the Little Mermaid one cheaper too (ships from US).

Stay away from these, way too dark to see the screen in door.

Is there another option for a kids watch that just shows the time, date, and with a step counter? Doesn't need to be any smarter than that, but I haven't found one yet.
Otherwise I'll get my kid a mi band when his wrist gets big enough.

  • Don't set ice without looking at the values.

Found one once and the values were truncated, couldn't call the kids parents

  • I find it useful. I set chores for my kids, they get reward when completed. We also do steps challenge regularly. Not having to charge them every 5 days or so is also helpful.
