What is the current best PC for photo editing for a budget of 1500-2000?

    Want to build a desktop, or do you want to buy a prebuilt?
    If you want to buy a prebuilt consider BPC's or techfast's offerings.

      I'm don't do much photo editing, but my cousin does graphic design and has 32gb of ram, a decent bit of storage, and a powerful CPU 3950x (well was back then) . Would probably opt for the BPC option, as you get a decent CPU, and fast storage for a bit more. Consider the 32gb upgrade option, or buy your own kit.
