Basically I bought "model a" but got a "model x" instead. I paid for the Aircon and installation together. Good guys then arranged to have the Aircon be picked up from their store and installed at home.
The Aircon power is the same except the one I paid for use newer with features I liked (hehe I chose it over other models/brands).
What are my rights? I had a look at the ACCC page (https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/problem-with-a-product-or-…) and I think refund or a replacement. I would much prefer a replacement as I really wanted the original model I paid for.

Some hookup to home smart systems for example.
I know heaps of people who automate aircon to only pump when there solar is kicking on for example. Espically benefitial if your with an energy provider like amber who charges you to export electricity most of the time in the middle of the day.
Other aircons sense people in the room and only switch on when the room is used. This can save heaps of money for things like studies or kids rooms that are rarely used.
