DEATHLOOP is an innovative first person shooter launching for PlayStation 5 and PC from Arkane Lyon, the award-winning studio behind the critically acclaimed Dishonored franchise. The studio’s new IP will continue Arkane’s signature gameplay design, challenging gamers to play their own way. As Colt, players are trapped in a time loop on the enigmatic island of Blackreef, doomed to repeat the same day for eternity. The only chance for escape is to break the loop by unearthing information and assassinating eight key targets before the day resets. However, lurking in the shadows is rival assassin Julianna, equipped with her own equally powerful abilities and weapons, on a mission to protect the loop by assassinating Colt, and restarting the cycle. Players can also choose to take control of Julianna, turning DEATHLOOP into a deadly game of hunter-vs-hunted.

Same thing here, can recommend.
I've been playing this as part of the humble choice I got. I like the story and the concept and the graphics. The combat isn't winning me over though, so I keep finding something else to do…
The combat gets so much better when you unlock the main slabs, it feels like they built combat around them, but never adapted it properly to the early game when you have nothing
Combat is such a let down otherwise it would be a great game. Started on gpu a while back, play it every once in a while
If you don't mind a game that feels like Dishonored then you will probably like this.
All these games going on sale ..
I didnt really enjoy this game and didnt understand the hype but cheap for $19.
Im hoping they drop sonic frontiersThis game is on GamePass and PS Plus Extra so it is inevitable the price has to drop.
Ghost wire isnt on psplus extra or deluxe tier though. So I think the sale is unrelated, but see your point
Well, once the exclusive deal with Sony is over, it will be on GamePass. So the earliest will likely be March 25, 2023. Let's see if Sony will do a deal with Tango Gameworks to put it in PS Plus Extra around that time. If you do get that game now, I suggest you play it quickly, and then sell it. EB won't take it off you at $19, so do expect to lose some money trading in. Hard to imagine that game doesn't go to GamePass in the first half of next year.
i bought the 2 for $30 deal you get it then for 15.
Pretty garbage game tbh
It's a great game for the price
It's not garbage but it's not exactly great either
I recently started this game on GamePass. I am one - two hours into the game is still haven't reached the first check point. Can anyone advice is there a manual save option???
Still haven't installed it on my Series X. Assuming you play it on a Series X or S, does it support QuickResume?
Yes it supports QuickResume
Don't think there's a manual save option, are you sure you didn't reach the check point. The game feels like it starts from the start again as you re-do the same stage a couple of times. I won't ruin it but you will get the story after a while and should figure out what's going on, don't bother too much about the oil coloured objects you will find out later in the game why it's like that
I played until I meet the first group of enemies, which I lost 3 times in a row. Every time I died I started from the very beginning of the game, lying on the beach. But I will try to avoid dying to see if I can reach the first check point
Can't remember the start (played as colt), I remember changing the sensitivity on aim as it's horrible on default setting. Still shit after calibration but that's just the games engine im guessing. Reminded me of battlefield but not as bad as that game, I actually stopped playing it after a few minutes. I don't understand why there was so much hype around that game but each to there own
The checkpoint is in between stages - at the screen where you set up your load out. Personally, I stopped after 8 - 10 hours. Julianna kicked my arse too much. It also got quite repetitive after a while.
Great price
I bought it ages ago, still haven't played it 😂
