Why are the armchair experts complaining that it’s only 10m? If it doesn’t suit you don’t buy it. Go buy a longer hose version for whatever price that is. Or is it because you want the 20m for the same price? Go fetch for that deal and come back here when you have it.
How annoying! Mitre10 still only accepts one gift card redemption per order…. This was supposed to be fixed last year. E-gift cards bought through ShopBack not recognised in store but are on line. Mitre10 staff offer no solution and the customer service portal does not respond to emails.
Have any other OzBargainers had these issues or any ideas of what I can do?

OZB blitzed bonus! Got a call from mitre10 - oversold the 10m reel - am i ok with free upgrade to hozelock 25m reel in a week or two! Err… yeah!

Ordered on 28/12 and still haven't received it.
I called my local store on 23/1 and they said they're still waiting on stock.
Same i just called the store, they advised supplier run out of the 10 meters and going to send the 30 meters instead at no extra cost, should arrive by next week. Long wait but at least they upgrade it..

Unlucky me - I rang the store and they said I can swap it over for another product at the price/credit amount I paid. I didn't ask for an upgrade, but asked what options are available and so they said; wait, refund or put that amount towards another hose/product.
Same as the poster above, got a call 2 weeks ago that 10m is sold out and if I'm happy to wait, they will provide an alternative (didn't specify what).
Got a call today and picked up the 25m version from the Caulfield store. Happy with that.
I'm also getting the 25m.

I just picked up my order.
Just to confirm, the store didn't provide me an upgrade but it seems Hozelock did. As such I got the 25m hose reel, but it's not the pico design nor does it have the multi-spray trigger.

Funny - when I picked up the item, another person was also picking theirs up. The attendant said that they received a lot of these orders. I looked to the other buyer/person and said 'Ozbargain?'.. Response 'yeah'.
Just picked up my click and collect, 25m upgrade (like everyone else).
