can you use only 2 at the time?

    • +1

Good question. Interested to know the answer.

      • +2

Yeah, got 4 separate tickets, 1 admit each

    • I assume so, its a book of 4 so you could use one at a time.

      • Use as many as you need. Just keep feeding-in gift card codes… then choose seats etc

  • Can you use on weekend ?

  • Trying to book for tomorrow but says Voucher invalid.
Is that due to public holiday?

Edit: Can redeem after 24 hours of purchase

    • "Vouchers cannot be redeemed until 24 hours after purchase"

    • Wait.. "Not valid for.. group bookings"?

Does these mean you can only use them for yourself?

      • +3

whats the point of an village gift card if i cant use it to buy these tickets?

    • +1

Haha - I was going to try that. Wondered if this might be redeemable by cash only…

    • You might need to physically use the gift card at village to buy the special or normal price tickets.

      • Can confirm this is correct

      • Says is small print (under the $100 & $50 icons) the deal is online only.

    • Oh you can't?
God damn it. There goes that plan

    • Is the deal available if I rock up to the cinema and buy the vouchers or only online?

  • Guys is Gold Class worth it?

Never been before, but been seeing this girl recently so wanted to go there

    • +5

yes. ppl are so annoying in the normal ones. along with kids screaming or running around

    • +2

The dining part is overpriced and gimmicky (food is not bad for a cinema though) but you're mainly paying for the comfort and privacy.

In melbourne most hoyts now have recliners while village cinemas suck in maintenance… Would never go to them again.

    • +2

Hoyts melbourne central still does not have recliners

    • +2

I find with village the quality varies a lot by location. E.g. crown is terrible, jam factory is fantastic

  • +2

You could get 5 for $50 from Telstra.

    • Someone posted that link up above also 👍

      • +5

Ain't nobody has time for previous comments.

Btw, you can get 5 for $50 from Telstra.

        • $50 for 5 tickets, if anyone is interested. From Telstra. But now expired.

  • Thank you! Trying to watch more smaller arthouse films next year (I do blockbusters at IMAX Melbourne) so this will come in handy.

    • Village rarely shows arthouse films, Palace cinemas is where you wanna go for that

Recommend “Rochelle Rochelle, A young girl's strange, erotic journey from Milan to Minsk”.

    • Out now: banshees of inisherin

  • Strange are they a cinema or studio, plus their locations are shocking only 1 in nsw.

Isn't village roadshow the ones that made max, and are anti consumers to everything.

    Expiry dates, C'mon guys….

  • These are emailed to you right?

    • Yes but the email is entirely redundant because the checkout process gives you the PDF file when you pay 👍

    • Yep. I forward that info & txt/WhatsApp etc to the mrs & myself, cos I usually forgot how many I bought, and from what bunch.
