      Edit: if you do sell it on eBay, do not auction it and start it at 99cents unless you are willing to accept 99cents for it.

        A lot of sellers cancel the auction at the last minute if they don't get a good price.

  I am instantly suspicious of any very sharp pricing for rare Lego sets with so many fakes floating around now that look practically the same as legit

  I would consider $12 a good price.

  If you just want it gone then 80% of RRP should see it disappear almost immediately. Given that it is built, but with potentially missing pieces and no box I feel like anything up to 120% of RRP is doable without waiting forever. (edit: might be too close to Christmas now to get that higher price but could get lucky)
  Include some closer up photos to show that it's legit Lego which will help.
