After your purchase, you can confirm that your code was applied by either viewing your order details on the purchase confirmation page or checking your order confirmation, which will be sent to you by e-mail.
Amazon MP3 music is available to customers located and with billing addresses in the United States. You must have an Amazon.com account and accept the Amazon MP3 Service Terms of Use to redeem the code. Limit one per customer.

So you need to change your Amazon billing address to one located in the United States? I presume that you also need to be using a service such as unblock-us, so that the website thinks that you are in the United States? Sounds like a lot of effort for a $2 credit.
