      @83ams Please give it some time and the transaction will auto adjust. Sometimes when you order more than one SKU in the same transaction, Coles may initially report only one of the items, rather than all of them. Just keep an eye on your My Rewards and let us know when done :)

    Missed the gst excluded line, could have purchased an extra bottle to max out the $25 limit, lol.
    Apart from that everything seems to have tracked correctly. Got a confirmation email from cashrewards with the correct total shortly after paying.

            There was all sorts of talk about the code expiring… Not working overnight then working this morning.

            And I think it looked like CR removed the code due to expiry / not functioning. Would be good to hear if the code's use will be honoured or not

                @park: Cashback tracking versus getting it paid out are two completely separate things though.

                If your purchase doesn't meet CR T&Cs then it will later fail / be rejected (as the code is not currently listed on CR).

                It all depends on the merchant being agreeable to paying out Cashback on top of the discount

                  @nismo: Valid point, we shall see. I've typically found CR to be pretty good about honouring the cashback of people who followed the guidelines and made purchases in good faith, even if the merchant tried to squib.

      Or just submit a claim assuming you have an invoice and that it shows that you did click on the deal in "Click History" CR are good at sorting things and yet to have anything not paid.

        Cash Rewards haven't let me down yet either, it's just that what I bought wasn't on a great discount without the cashback.. so if they weren't to honour it, then it's not a great buy.

        But then I'd never buy from them Liquorland again.. which may not be a bad thing, as they seem to struggle more than other companies with getting things right!

        I decided to collect the order.. hopefully I'd don't get burnt by that decision, but I guess time will tell. Not sure why their brands struggle more with this stuff when almost everything else I buy tracks instantly.. and other companies have stock to fulfil the order after its placed, but that's a totally seperate conversation 🤣
