AODELAN Camera Remote Wireless Shutter Release Take Photos and Videos for Sony A7 III, A7R III, A7R IV, A7C, A6100, A6400, RX100 VII, RX0 II, A9, A9 II

I'm buying it for my a7iv even though it doesn't report as being compatible in the amazon listing but a photography forum have confirmed it is, and the AE listing also confirms a7iv compatibility.

It can be had for about 50c cheaper on AE but you'l wait a month or more. Delivered by Sunday via Amazon when I purchased. I voucher per order.

  Does this just use infrared? 10 metre range isn't that good. The smartphone app isn't great but the range and functionality is better than this.

    It's bluetooth. The a7iv doesn't have IR.

    Because I have found if using the app and I switch to send a message or another app, it drops the connection to the phone and I have to reconnect to press the shutter button.

  I love the app for my Sony A6400 and it's free.

  Use the play memories app or whatever it's called for free with more functionality and the ability to see composition also.
