Just got off the phone with the Woolworths people who told me that it is no longer possible to share fuel vouchers among linked cards for the 4c discount. That is outrageous. Now when I fill up with petrol I will have to check the balance for every family member to see who has vouchers in their account. Any ideas for a workaround?

Yep, don't go to woolies anymore easy. The independents are almost always cheaper.
I think we have the same card stored in our digital wallets on our phones rather than getting additional cards. I assume if they have the same card number it won't be an issue?
i thought that changed, but we tend to use one orange card for shopping for a while to try and get enticements on the other. it's not working though……
.It used to work, we used to run two cards in tandem waiting for better deals on the less used one then swap over.
Got lazy.
Now when I fill up with petrol I will have to check the balance
for every family memberin all my aliases to see who has vouchers in their account.More accurate?
Any ideas for a workaround?
Open separate free accounts for each member of the family..
I wondered why I got no discount on the last fill. I saw no email, no notification. Typical Woolworths.
I think you may have misunderstood what the customer service rep may have intended to say when you say “it is no longer possible to share fuel vouchers among linked cards for the 4c discount”
From what I have been told from discussions with three different customer service reps, sharing fuel vouchers between different cardholders is supposed to be an Everyday Rewards feature, but it has stopped working after Everyday Rewards underwent an upgrade a few months ago. It is a known issue, although no one seems to care enough to get it fixed.
The sharing of fuel vouchers is still listed as an Everyday Rewards feature under clause 50 of the Everyday Rewards terms and conditions, so if a rep says it is not a feature anymore, ask them why the Everyday Rewards terms and conditions still says it is.
Until this feature is fixed, the best you can do is to get an Everyday Rewards rep to do a goodwill gesture by manually adding a fuel discount(s) to an account linked to the one with the digital fuel voucher(s).
Random thought; you could also collect paper fuel vouchers from discarded receipts. That will cause problems though if you forget to present the paper fuel voucher or if you use the Pay-At-Pump feature at EG Ampol service stations…
It was phased out unfortunately, but not declared according to this reply.
According to the Everyday Rewards terms and conditions, it is not phased out. It will be fixed “as soon as possible” (i.e. probably not anytime soon).
The website habitually deters PSA. Some changes happened way before updating EDR in the past.
I choose to believe in this unnoticeable reply.
Came to ask why I no longer see fuel vouchers from linked cards like I used to, guess now I know why.
So the single purpose of linking cards is no longer available… and since it's been at least 3 months doesn't seem like they are going to be reinstating it anytime soon (or ever).
Gone the way of their rainchecks or change of mind returns.I am wondering if this is partially working now. My wife’s EDR card still shows at this URL: https://www.everyday.com.au/index.html#/cards-account
I filled up today ant Ampol and I know I have no vouchers on my EDR account but I got the 4cpl discount.
Would be good if they finally brought it back. I haven't tried, but my wife's card is linked and has a voucher but my rewards app still shows no vouchers.
So I jumped on live chat to ask. The response was
"Right. as far as am I aware yes they are working again!"
It seems that shared vouchers will no longer show on the secondary account like they used to though.
"Unfortunately no that does not show. So whatever account you're logged into it will show what that account has available not the account account linked. To see the balance of the rewards card linked you'll need to log into that account to view, etc."
(I did clarify they were talking about fuel vouchers and not reward points balance…)
So that's something at least.
So I was right.
What I’ll do next time I fill up is ask my wife to check her voucher count and then I’ll fill up and ask her to check again. If it decreases then it is indeed sharing the vouchers. Can confirm. Used my card without vouchers and got the 4c off using voucher from wifes linked card.
What, how can they do this?
