My wife transferred just over $1,000 from Bano into St George last week. The payid that was used was her mobile number.
Bano said the funds cleared and I should speak to St George. St. George are saying they can't see anything and I need to contact Bano.
Any idea what to do? Bano has been drip feeding info and wiping their hands clean.
Latest responses are being ignored from Bano.

Ok I am getting somewhere with Bano. They are issuing a trace and recall of the transaction. Can take 30 days so see how it goes.
I reckon your wife will be able to resolve this 'issue' quick smart!
