It's actually illegal for them to charge more than the pump price, or signage price. If one of them is lower, then they must charge you that.

Noticed this morning most places kept prices stable or those on higher end now dropped further 2c to be closer 117.9c average. Only seen one that was brave enough to raise it back into 12x's
Yes, it partly depends on the demand. It's school holidays now, that's part of the reason. Also start of the week. But I'm sure the price will rise before next weekend, the last of the school holidays.

Wondered why it was taking so long for the pump to get to my pre-set $$ amount before I noticed the price.
Turns out they meant to have $0.94 (or so) but got the decimal point in the wrong spot. I did let them know when I went to pay but they didn't charge me any more.
