That means nothing without knowing the panel series and the implementation of that, but from a quick glance at YouTube reviews, you can see dark smearing, so it's a skip.
There are two popular types of LCD panels: In-Plane Switching (IPS) and Vertical Alignment (VA).
That's pretty important.
I'm very familiar with those and TN… that's not the point of my comment: I'm referring to the manufacturer of the panel inside the monitor and its series/revision, as well as how the monitor manifacturer has implemented that.
