As the title says, signed up for Nord VPN in June 2022 and Shopback was offering 96% cashback.
I made sure that no ad blockers are active, had no VPN and of course no incognito mode.
Reached out to the team for missing cashback, provided all the required information including the card number that was used to make the payment.
Since that day I only get monthly emails stating the same thing as below “
Thanks for your inquiry, my sincere apologies for your less than perfect experience with ShopBack.
At the moment, our team is still validating this transaction with our merchant partner. We will do our best to update your Cashback status by the date set on your Cashback description.”
I have run out of and this has never happened to me with cashrewards. They been spot on with tracking my transactions and have always got paid on time.
How the hell this can take 6+ months to validate the transaction?
I’m not being entitled here, but my main reason to purchase the vpn service was because of the cashback offer.
There is the mistake.
