I missed the last price drop and have been waiting for this to come up again.

I agree…any deals on the PRO LTE?
There's now, although not as good as before it is on sale for $559 extra $30
You would be surprised how little people actually use the LTE because we usually always have our phones anyway.
I had the Galaxy Watch Active with the LTE and found I didn't use it enough to justify the extra cost of it on my phone plan.
Why LTE?
When I go running or for a bike ride I dont really want to carry my phone. If you go LTE, as far as Im aware you need to get a "number share" plan to be able to load your phone sim details into the watch esim, which generally costs $10 a month for 1Gb data. Anyone know to use it without another
plan?@arkanoid
Mine is $5 p/m Optus
Connecting with Number Share
Activating Number Share allows you to connect your smart watch and Mobile device. This means you can leave your phone behind and still make and receive calls or text messages and use your data.
@N1ghthawk: Thanks N1ghthawk, I will contact Optus again to find out about this plan
@arkanoid: You don't have to contact them, you do it through the wearable ap
Bought both Black and the Grey version. Grey looks more premium. I noticed the black scratches easily showing grey metal underneath. Sold the black for this reason.
Price match at officworks should come down to $455.05Officeworks price match amazon?? Can anyone confirm?
They usually match Amazon
by the time I get to officeworks it will be sold out on Amazon hahaha
Yes my grey model was price matched by Officeworks. Call them and they will do it over the phone.
They refused to price match mine. Amazon manufacture country is listed as korea and officeworks manufacutre country listed as vietnam
They refused
@Homr: OW successfully did a price beat!
@Homr: I had the same issue then some other staff member came over and said, it states Korea because Samsung is a Korean company, all made in vietnam.
Product codes match.
They then price matched it
@theoneandonly1990: So its all luck and it depends on the staff member on who is more educated?
I mentioned Samsung is a Korea company obviously but they were like "they still need to match"
@Homr: Correct, I could PM you my receipt? Then they have no way to decline.
Useless staff, clearly not ozbargainers themselves.
@theoneandonly1990: That would be great, thank you
@theoneandonly1990: If you don't mind, may I get the receipt too?
U can't call them, they are not open on Saturdays
@Homr: Find a store with the watch in stock.
Call the store.
That will do it.
Get yourself one of these with their current 20% off:

Already a chunky watch, how much chunkier would this make it?
There's slimmer cases available
DAMMIT I Just bought the Watch5 44m thinking the PRO wouldnt be on sale…
Besides the longer Battery it's the same but chunky
I bought the watch 5 44 mm on amazon for $349 few days back but cancelling as got the 5 Pro price matched at JB yesterday. Didn't want to wait till 6 Dec but JB wouldnt price the $349 or $379 as it involved a coupon so just upgraded to Pro instead.
Wish they'd do another one in the style of the Galaxy Watch s3 frontier, design was so much better.
Same, mine is still going strong after 4 years. The battery life hasn't diminished that much, I hear some people have had to replace the battery eventually. But yeah i wish these new ones also had the rotating bezel
Just got one price matched Officeworks $455.
It's a chunkyyyyy boy!
How does this one compare to Garmin instinct 2?
Or even fenix 7?
Here's a quick comparison:
- Galaxy and Garmin both start with 'Ga'
- Galaxy and Fenix both contain an 'x'
- None of the names rhyme
- they can all display date and time.Hope this is helpful 😉👍
Worth $455???
Bought one on the last price drop but now I wish I should have spent $50 and got the LTE. The LTE price has gone up since then and hasn't come down
