I think most retailers are matching the JB sale price for the galaxy watch 4, but Rebel has an additional $27.14 currently with cash rewards.

After cashback that brings this watch to $171.86, which is a good price.

Quick update:

As mentioned in the comments there is 20% cash rewards today @ Rebel.

This would mean a discount of: $36.18

So a total watch price of $162.82

      Yes, same processor. The smaller 40mm just means smaller screen, smaller battery life, and bigger bezel to screen ratio.
