Help Buying a Gaming Desktop over The Black Friday Weekend - Budget $2000

I am looking at a new Gaming PC with a budget of up to $2k.

There was a recent build from TechFast https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/720558 which seemed pretty good but doesn't look like they are any similar deals this weekend. Can anyone recommend a prebuilt? I am open to buying parts individually As case cooling and Power Supply are relatively new. A prebuilt would be ideal as I can chop parts from the 2 and have a good PC to sell.
