        My local Aldi told me someone bought 20 then they were all gone. Checked this morning and still no stock. Surprised they’re allowing bulk purchases of such cards.

          all gone at the local Aldi i was at … wasn't there for the cards but thought i'd grab a $100 if there was one since i use amazon a lot… all empty (mind you this was like 10am). TCN or whatever cards at Coles were also empty at the same shop centre lol so i assume same people cleared both out at the same time ..lol

      In most places yes, however, I was still able to purchase them yesterday. Just have drop into different stores as you're commuting for work, recreational activities et cetera. Also might be possible that they get restocked with a few each day?

      There are some decent deals available on B650E variants. That seems to be the sweet spot for value, while still giving you access to all the new technology.

        Boards are only part of the problem, AMD also prefers 6000Mhz RAM which are so expensive right now it doesn't make sense.

      if AMD had said their platform will only last 2 gen's i bet you the boards would be a lot cheaper… i think the AIB's have put pressure on AMD since they aren't benefiting from the longevity of the AMD platforms.

        This too — it's one of the reasons I've decided to go with AMD again for another platform iteration. Even though Intel's offering save you about $100 on a roughly equivalent deal, having at least another 2+ years of potential CPU upgrades is worth this slight premium.

            @scud70: I saw $499, pretty sure it was a mistake listing by third party because even though Amazon said there was stock I couldn't add to cart to checkout.

            I did catch it last week go to $619 though and was able to purchase. Apparently it has shipped from China and I will receive next week haha

            See how it goes.

            @scud70: Ok so item didnt come, seller said they "shipped to wrong address" and will give me refund. Might need to raise case with Amazon if refund doesn't come through as seller apparently is not on Amazon platform anymore :D

            Moral of the story, if it's too good to be true, it probably is. lol
