Highly rate this company. At the height of COVID, lockdowns, etc, the folks always charged reasonable prices for product and postage.

Also one other thing: don’t be alarmed when your credit/debit card shows ‘Henry Schein’ - that’s the medical supplies company that owns the site!

    • Thanks so much for the review :) We recently added the Henry Schein logo to the Healthcare Xpress one to avoid that confusion. :)
We've been working hard to provide excellent service at affordable prices.
I have a question, is Paypal still relevant? I'm trying to add it to our payment options, what is your opinion about it? As we are mainly a B2B company we never added Paypal as an option, but I'm curious to know what's everybody's opinion. Thanks a lot

      • PayPal is still very relevant in the consumer space: it’s probably the most secure method of payment out there, as users can opt in for ‘Two Factor Authentication’ - such as sms, etc. Not all online payment gateways (in fact not many at all) use multi factor to confirm the person entering the credit card details is really the cardholder.

Personally, I always prefer PayPal when faced with the choice of entering credit card details on a site or PayPal.

Be prepared though if you do decide to offer PayPal for disputes to come through that system, although I don’t know whether they still favour the buyer these days if they have to mediate a solution.

        • Thanks for that, we are definitely considering adding Paypal, at least I'm fighting for that. I will take your insights to the finance team. Have a great day!

I prefer Paypal when buying from less reputable sites. But Henry Schein is a S&P500 company, I really don't care if you have Paypal or not.

20% sitewide (80% discount) is very different from 20% off sitewide (20% discount)!
