just a feedback here….

the prices at your site plus delivery is quite high… like your green tea 500ml bottles works out to be $2.4 per bottle.

coles currently i can get $1.8 per bottle, and if i get it delivered with other groceries, i don't have to pay delivery.

costco i regularly get $2/bottle so i stock up about 4-5 boxes each time.

i get that delivery for these things is rather high, but i'm really not that motivated to buy directly from your site, especially the recent increase in prices.

not to mention emails to support/sales about buying tea in larger quantities gets ignored.
