Thanks for letting me know @binatang. When I go to Coles online liquor there are no products available. If I do private browser I can see products but as soon as I login for check out it says delivery unavailable to my area…metro WA :(
Upon further investigation it looks like my local doesn't accept click and collect which was preventing products showing for me.

I use the app on mobile and it hasn't failed once. Are you using desktop?
It tracked last year, but don't believe it has worked this year at all. Have tried windows laptop (chrome normal+incognito) and android phone (Firefox normal+incognito).
just go through the official phone app where it opens up the browser through the app - whether Cashreward or shopback it has tracked every single time for me.
