Received my Huawei FreeBuds Pro today. To my dismay, left side buds is not working. I tried to reset the buds as a well but all in vain. Status indicator is also not flashing red for restoring to factory settings. I tried multiple times. Anyone knows how to fix it else I would return them. highly, disappointed.
Hi guys, today I have received my freebuds pro, but I am experiencing a problem. When I turn on noise cancellation or awareness mode, right bud starts giving a loud wind like noise. Tried resetting, connecting another device android and ios but couldn’t fix it. Anyone experience same sort of issue?
I have the same issue. It's more of a pop for me. They couldn't replace it so I'm returning it.
I have the same issue. Cracking sound on the left. MS eBay has the stock but they are not ready to replacement. As a consumer, do we have any right for replacement? Wehn I asked for replacement, I was told to return and buy again (at full price… lol). Is this unit worth replacement?

I am still waiting for my delivery. Over 10 days now. Ebay says fedex work 11 digit number but when i search on fedex, nothing comes up. I had parcel locker address. Is that an issue?
