Have been using their original Ring for years and sometimes the locking mechanism would loosen and open. They have since released Ring V2 with a different mechanism (I assume), wonder if that's better? Almost lost keys/fob a few times with this issue.

Saffiano vs leather?
I've seen some well-used leather ones and they don't look as good, just old and worn. Go for the one that holds up well in the long run, which would be saffiano. I have a nylon one from years ago and it is pilling a little but still looks better than leather imo.
PS: Also discounted at Amazon AU (May work out cheaper if you have Prime, due to delivery)
