Following Deliveroo pulling out of the Australian market and entering voluntary administration, Menulog is now honouring Deliveroo credits and gift cards. Massive respect to Menulog for doing this.

Redeem your Deliveroo voucher with Menulog

Do you have a Deliveroo voucher, gift card or account credit you were planning to use for your next order? For customers holding valid Deliveroo vouchers, gift card or account credit, you can register it with Menulog and we'll honour it!

Follow these steps to get your Menulog voucher:

  1. Send us a DM on the Menulog Facebook page with a screenshot of your Deliveroo account page which has your voucher, gift card or account credit.
    Please make sure that you:
    • Log in to your Deliveroo account via web (not via the Deliveroo app)
    • Take a screenshot of your account, ensuring that your name, email address and the value of your active voucher or credit is clearly visible
    • Send us a DM with your screenshot and contact details (Full name and email address)
  2. Our team will quickly verify some details and then we'll email you a Menulog voucher to the email address that is on the screenshot of your Deliveroo account.
  3. The voucher amount will be rounded up, so if you have a $17 voucher, we'll give you a $20 voucher!
  4. You have until 31 December to use the voucher on the Menulog app and enjoy your discounted order on us!

Terms and conditions:

  1. Maximum voucher value is $75.
  2. Registration of Deliveroo vouchers ends 1 December and Menulog vouchers are valid until 31 December 2022.
  3. One voucher per customer.
  4. Voucher is single use. Your order must be $1 more than the voucher amount excluding the service fee that is applied.
  5. We'll be on this super quickly, but your voucher may take 24 hours to reach your inbox!

    Received a reply from CashBack support stating that they are working on how to process on our purchased but unused Deliveroo GCs. I have 3x$100 in my SB account. They deliberately asked us NOT to call our credit card bank to initiate a chargeback, should we wait?

    • I bought vouchers in October promotion too, if you wait too long you risk your bank refusing to deal with the dispute of the charge.

      So wait with filing a dispute and hope shopback comes with acceptable solution (and risk not being able to file dispute anymore) or dispute and maybe complicate the process in case shopback does come up with suitable solution.

      I understand they're doing their best, but so far I've only seen they're working on it.
      I did see a new promotion today on doordash gift cards. Not sure given what just happened that's the best thing to do right now (but that might be just my opinion).

      Maybe they should open dialogue with Menulog, and see if they can work together to get full balance to come to Menulog or a certain percentage, or full balance but with additional spend etc.

  • Had $69 credit and just received 2 x $35 vouchers.

  • How do you get both name and contact details plus the voucher remaining value in one page? Mine came in two separate tabs.
    Tried on Chrome both on mobile and desktop.

      1. Click on the Vouchers and credit tab
      2. Zoom out (90% on my monitor) now all on one screen
      3. Using something like Snipping Tool to take the screenshot
      4. Paste into Messenger
      • Thanks, I've done exactly the same steps, but got a reply to send another screenshot with more info.
        Sent another screenshot with just the details showing they are on separate sections. Just got the refund as 3 separate vouchers.

  • I have got voucher but says voucher does not exist even my order total is $1 more than the voucher amount.

    • Add the code at the checkout page under credit card info where it states i have a voucher. Also try adding $2 over $25.

    I can't login to deliveroo - on web it directs me to 'https://deliveroo.com.au/login?redirect=%2F' - but then just has a spinning circle and all 4 options are greyed out - anyone else have the same issue?

    • Use incognito, you might have adblocker/extension blocking the redirect.

    • Using a different browser worked for me.

          I have a solution.

          Go to https://deliveroo.co.uk and login with your email address.

          Select "Get Magic Link"

          When you receive the email, copy the link and change the address to deliveroo.com.au instead of deliveroo.co.uk.

          It'll log you in correctly.

    If you still have unused balance remaining, we will need more information from you so we can help remedy the situation. Please follow the instructions below:
    1. Open the ShopBack app. Note down the voucher codes of all your unused voucher.
    2. Open the Deliveroo app or site. Under accounts, enter the voucher code(s) and take a screenshot of the unused amount.
    3. Submit a claim form here with the voucher details and upload the Deliveroo screenshots.

    I contactted Menulog via their Facebook. I sent them the screenshots of my account from Deliveroo website and App as required.
    They sent me the following message: "we need a video of your deliveroo account showing your account and voucher/credit details."
    I sent them a video of my account on the web showing all required details.
    Then they wrote to me "We need the video showing you navigating through your account details and vouchers/credits via the App". How crazy is that!
    And how am I supposed to make a video of the App on the phone while using the phone to navigate through the app?

      That's the capitalist world we are in now. People like Tony, who admitted he made the hiring decisions, no doubt has tens of millions and keeps his job without penalty, while innocent workers who did not make the bad decisions are giving the boot.

      Blind Freddy could've seen that the demand during covid wouldn't last so why hire like it would.
