These are useless. Bought two about a year ago. Both dead. Good while they work. Don't waste your money YMMV

On the other hand mine is over 2 years old and going strong. I guess they aren't consistent.

      • How is the performance if you don't mind sharing?

It is better than the old DC35 Dyson, but these cordless have nothing on a corded vac.

        • Ducted is the best. But pain in the ass

    • can you do warranty?

      • @Gearbite
Please advise, I need to know too

        • Yes, We do warranty and repair.

    • Same, motor went after 18months. Useless

According to Ohm's Law the Amp draw would be 17857mA
That battery would not last long

All cordless vacs seem to have short battery life when used on full power mode, and they all are deceptive about it.

      Ohm my God !!!

  • Where do I buy the spare HEPA filter and an extra battery?
Is Xiaomi G10* and this one the same thing?

Hinge on bin lid is super weak on these. Similar to hair clip hinge. Mine broke within 3 months. Dont buy. Even cheap Dyson V6 hinges are very strong compared to these

  • I bought the T20 which was meant to replace this one i think? Mine is a pretty average vacuum, probably worth around this money but i wouldnt pay more. On the Indigogo page that they were sold through there is comment after comment about broken vacuums after less than 2 years and no after sale support. I'll be going back to Dyson after this one dies.

  • Bought one of these on a deal about six months back. Generally pretty happy with it.

The suction is good, as good as our old Hoover Lynx and Bosch Athlet. What I really like about it is the different attachments are super easy to get on and off. That's always been a pain with other machines. The charging dock works great too.

It's not great to empty though, you have to either fish the dust out with your fingers or remove the filter (which you probably want to be doing most empties anyway for cleaning). It's a messy process.

Last minor gripe is the trigger is too soft, I constantly turn it without meaning to when handling it. But that's really minor.
