I think the Dome is overpriced and by the time you buy required accessories (2 peels, door, steam injector, brush, shovel, stand, wood holder etc) it will be well over $3k, may be $4k. I have seen lots of reports and images with cracked stone (seems when using the wood fire). It would appear that there is design flaw, when using wood for fire as it creates concentrated spot heat and stone needs to expand, it then cause the crack due to the shape of the stone with its corners shaped design. As the stone is not replaceable you would need to replace the whole oven.
I had to get the green one the other day. Not my first choice, but it looks good nonetheless
