      Once you get the hang of it, it's easy. You can make a big batch in your blender, then bottle it for a few days n your fridge. So it's super fast / low effort when you do it that way.

    I rate Kava. You can buy several brands at Chemist Warehouse, often at half price. I have been using Bioglan's Kava capsules for a few months now. A couple about 40 minutes before bed and I feel totally relaxed and will fall asleep easily. Then I wake up at the same time I normally would and don't feel drowsy or tired. Much better than sleeping pills.

          My understanding there is very limited studies on long term use, so a lot of unknowns. That could be said for a lot of things of course, but given i have found lemon balm to be quite effective also i cycle between them.

      They really are super low strength compared to the actual powder you get in this variety.

      The tablets are more like a vitamin, this is much stronger for more noticeable effects.

    I mix kava every Friday with a few mates. How much $$ for a kilo please then I can provide feedback if it's a bargain. Best kava is out of Fiji. And where it is grown (soil type) matters very much as well.

      Prices up on the website - goes from $234 to $147.42 for 1kg.

      It is up for debate where the best kava comes from. Those in Vanuatu will say it's from there, but it depends on your taste.

      This is from Pentecost Island - Gorgor and Borogu varieties.

          Sorry, we're Australian Kava because we sell it in Australia. The best quality is sourced from the pacific islands but completely understand your point.
