  ordering from thehut is always a gamble. You order might

  1. Get cancelled, as evidenced by so many other posts; or
  2. Arrive fashionable late, usually 2 and a 1/2 weeks or more; or
  3. Not arrive at all, which then you'll have to deal with their inept customer service; or
  4. Arrive with the wrong product packed into it (happened to me), and you'll have to deal with their inept customer service; or
  5. Some other stuff a guy can't think of at 9 a.m. I just woke up.

  So place your bets, ladies and gents.

    I agree with the order cancellation thing, but I believe they have gotten better and I haven't had any of my stuff cancelled in the last 3 (more than 8 items)orders with them.
    Delivery can be over 2 weeks but then what do you expect when you pay $1.60 for it. Even posting an under 500 gms Satchel next door in Sydney would cost you about $6, let alone international delivery.

    I have purchased at least 20 times from thehut and never had an order cancelled or missing. Maybe that I was just lucky but I have no issues with them.

  The sizes vary with different brands. I bought a size 'L' Calvin Klein polo T-shirt which fits me fine. But the Adidas size 'L' T-shirts are way too big and too long for me. I wished I had ordered size 'M'. Also, my last order for a shirt got cancelled but they never send me an email to advise. I only found out when I checked my account.

  Oh by the way, the material is a bit thin on these Adidas T-shirts.

  I'm not happy about their services.
  I put 2 orders and just only 1 item out of 3-4 has been sent for each time,
  the rest has been cancel or still waiting.

  The worst part is my jacket which has been worn twice, the zip is broken.
  I try to contact them to send it back by requesting RA number on their website.
  But no respond!! (They claim to respond in 1 working day)

  Beware this website
  I will vote negative for them, not for the discount price.

  Is it just me or are the neck holes really small? I got a small and it fits fine except the neck hole seems really snug.
