I take C4 Original. Its cheap at Costco. Take it 5 times a week before each sesh. I have tried this Sport variant and its crap. Didnt get the "when the pre work out hits" feeling.

I haven't seen a good one for a long time tbh.. just take your creatine and protein. That's all you need.
If you want a little stimulus… just any caffeinated drink would do it i think.

I use C4 Original as well. The Orange burst flavor tastes alright - anything that's watermelon or "blue" flavored tastes bloody awful in my experience - and it has a noticeable effect on my lifts.

I brought it at Cole's thinking it was good value, it did nothing. I only use the original ID series one. Never sport.
They go on a good special of $50ish for a 60 serve at chemist warehouse here and there.
