I signed up with the AMEX promotion for 160,000 points plus 20,000 points for first time cardholders of Qantas Business Rewards in July 2022.
I met the spend criteria and got 160,000 but they didn't credit the 20,000 points. I asked them on the chat and they later emailed me saying they fulfilled the T and Cs.
Has anyone else managed to get the extra 20,000 points? I took a screenshot of the promotion in case this would happen.

I signed up for the 20k points under my wife's personal name for her - it hasn't yet come through so I'll need to follow up soon.
Also for future reference, you should snip the actual T&C of the offer not whatever points hacks whipped up for the offer…
20k QBR points goto your QBR account, you need to open one using your ABN
not your normal QFF account
That's where the 160,000 went. I have opened a QBR account but I haven't received the 20,000 yet. Amex now says to contact Qantas, which I will do.

The 20k is Qantas business rewards points, not the normal Qantas points.
