NR200P Max, better airflow and PSU
$500 case
i sort of blinked and now $500 itx cases are a thing
Comes with AIO cooler and PSU. It's not bad.
It's $120 just for the case.
@The Value: Gen 4 PCI-E riser included is also a chunk of the cost. :) Really not horrible value, and takes away some of the stress of the uncertainty of parts not fitting.
@The Value: a useless 140 aio, sure.
@Budju: 280.
@The Value: It isn't a 280.

@The Value: oh right, thought you meant this case. I didn't know they had a combo with the nr 200
…with a preinstalled AIO and a PSU. still expensive mind you but to pretend it's just the case on it's own is a bit disingenuous.
Price increased recently. In July PCByte was selling at $399. Hopefully there are deals on Black Friday. I'm also waiting for this case.
@codinghelloworld: I am in the same boat. Hopefully, it will drop down to $369 or more like last time
IMO they're not really comparable, they suit different markets. Sure, for some it won't matter, but if you're looking for a low footprint SFF that will cope with a hair under top tier performance there isn't much out there.
NR200P is a different class of case that can fit a full sized GPU. Objectively a much better size for a mini itx. This one is just for style points.
Objectively a much better size for a mini itx.
Subjective - one of the aims of ITX is a more compact build. The NR200P is bigger(18L vs 13.6L).
Some other aims are to have a rig that doesn't constantly throttle and fits all required hardware.
It's objective to state that this case fails these two basic requirements.
Edit: looks like we're both wrong about one thing. The V2 is now 15.5L and can now fit full sized graphics cards. So it's 15.5L vs 18L (2.5L difference) and you have to live with a 140mm AIO.
it's been 399
Hmm. I'm on the lookout for parts for a NAS server. This could be good. PSU might be overkill though.
doesnt look like theres many/any slots for 3.5 inch drives
This or the NR200P Max?
