Any Creative Ideas to Preserve Free Flight Tickets from Credit Card

Hi, I've got a Qantas and a Virgin Amex card.

Each of them gives me a free flight ticket with Qantas and Virgin respectively.

I don't have use for them as I won't be using them in the next few months.

Is it possible to use them for another person or somehow extend the validity of them as I'm cancelling my card next month and don't want it to go to waste.

Edit: I realised it's not allowed to post anything about selling credit card benefits. Thanks for pointing it out to me. I've reworded my post and genuinely want to know what other options I have.

  Find someone in Australia with the exact name as you who wants tickets and sell to them.

    Thanks for the heads up. Apprecate it.. l just book it for myself then.

    I wonder if i can book it just before mu annual fee is up and then cancel it for credita with the airline to be used later down the road.

  You cancel you lose the lot….if airline cancels or changes flight time you might have a hope….you can book a flight in your name up to 10 months in advance before you cancel your card and flight is still valid after card cancellation…..your best option….book Airlie beach winter next year maybe😀
