I'm with AGL in WA for gas, got 51% off the gazetted price and a 12-month Prime subscription ending soon.
If I do nothing, with the gas prices double for me?
How do I extend the discount? Can I start a new 12-month discount by phoning them?
Any sweeteners making it worth changing providers?
( Paying 8c/kWhr plus 19c/day for 51% off standard, plus "service fee". )

How does one "just stick" when the offer was time-limited?
you can always change plan within the 12-months period. I was on the 51% Off and now on the 56% Off.

It seems the plan ends a month later than I recorded, so still plenty of time for that email. Solved.
I'm still seeing Facebook ads for 56% off gas and supply, just hop on live chat and they'll apply it for you.
You succeeded posting. google should work for you and if not use your phone to call AGL.
