Where is a link to the unisex one?

    No basket…no deal

  • Look at those spokes.

Amazingly cheap..keep in mind these generic bikes are just assembled from generic ebike-components (all of which can be purchased singularly from Ali).

The battery alone sits around $300 , then you have the display (~$100}, hub motor {~$200), and controller {~$80} .

How well would this climb a hill (like a very big hill)? And what sort of range could you expect on a charge?

  • 90kg weight limit is a bit low and the rear seems to only have a reflector rather than a light. Most electric bikes will come with front and rear lights. Battery a bit small.

I'm in the market for an ebike and my budget is slowly increasing as I appreciate the features of the more expensive bikes, especially with battery and motor brands. Then I saw that popular video of a bike exploding inside a house while charging and I'm not sure if cheap is best for this product.

    • Please note that the details are wrong. The unisex one when it arrived on the frame stated it can bear 120kg, whilst on website it said 90

Can anyone recommend a Escooter that will hold a 115kg guy and his 10kg gym bag and not wheeze like a fat kid running up a hill?

  • Anyone know if Kogan sell batteries for these specific bikes? It's not clear from the description of either the bikes or the batteries I've looked at which model battery is required if you want a replacement or supplementary battery. One review says no, but it'd be good to confirm or deny from someone who has the bike.

    • just get any other battery - bottle or triangle and strap it on to this

  • Hi everybody, I just received that bike, please pay attention to check the break, these two disc breaks are terrible, need to adjust because the disc will touch the break pads, that’s why this bike need to check the break every 400km ride, when the break pads thinner, it’s dangerous when you need to hit the break. You can also found that problem in the customer comments, I try to adjust the disc, if I can’t fix it, maybe I will return this one or change it.

    • Assuming you adjust the breaks okay, after riding the bike what are your thoughts? Does it ride well, etc?

  • Has anyone bought this bike? Feedback would be appreciated of your experience and thoughts?

    bikes currently $399 i think..

i got the one with-out the 7 gears. makes it hard to get up hills or to 'increase speed when its flat' its just a single speed all the way through
its heavy. so I had my work gear, and the baby seat …. real slug….

i looked on the bike, says max weight 130 I think? but the bikes 25kgs.. so :p

bike seat could be ,.. more comfy.. but .. that's easily replaceable I guess… just got some bicycle shorts with padding so hope it will be ok.

brakes are a bit fiddly, I'll definitely be getting it serviced at a bike shop will get it serviced after a year. no problems with it after adjusting it.

but got me .. 2.5 hours of riding around.. id say 35-40ks with 2 bars left. not bad…

i think there are standard batteries u can get to fit on now from EBAY https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/175472699297?_trkparms=amclksrc%…
