Heads up for people considering this…

This doesn't support the Bolt receivers (unless it's from the "for business" lineup (920-009561) which is ~$250 standalone or ~$300+ combo with the Master 3 mouse and 2 year warranty). The "Keys for Business" is somewhat flooded in the European market (possibly with a different layout) but not much love for Australia.

On the off side, the new Master 3S and Mechanical don't support the Unifying receiver (supports Bolt). Kind of a cluster f**k by Logitech if you ask me. Heads up for people considering the Keys keyboard.

Yes.. you nailed it… a complete cluster by Logitech. They make such great hardware and I don't mind paying for a very-good-to-excellent keyboard and mouse… that I will be using for 8-10-12 hours every day. But why have they muddied the device-interface system so horribly? I'm sure it makes sense to some people deep inside Logitech, so much so that they think "this is fine".

But out here in customer land, it's an absolute nightmare trying to figure it out… OK… so if I buy this mouse, and this keyboard… can I use the same USB dongle… or do I need to use Bluetooth for the keyboard and a dongle for the mouse, or maybe two different "identical" dongles… hey I thought they had a thing where I could use one dongle and many Logitech devices… and what the heck is Logi Bolt… why do I want it, why do I need it… why can't you make it simple for your customers Logitech? <end rant> :D

I grabbed one of these MX Keys a few weeks (months?) back when they were about $125 to replace an aging K750 at my home office workstation and my only regret is that I didn't buy two more at that price… also to replace the K750's at my Office office workstation and my other home computer workstation. A nice keyboard, with solid construction, and nice keys action, the backlighting is really nice feature on a wireless keyboard. USB-C charging… great work.

      So I guess… you win Logitech… despite you're horrible computer-to-device-interface experience.
