The price for the 9th Generation iPad has been raised to $549 by Apple and numerous retailers. $449 is a good price.

      Actually on of the reasons I went with this iPad over the more expensive ones is because of the edge to edge display of the expensive models.

      I don't know about you but I spend a lot of time holding the iPad in my hand when I am using it and so I prefer the bigger bezels on this 9th gen iPad because it gives you more room for you to hold it without accidentally touching the edge of the touch screen.

      it's an absolute blatant up sell by apple

      this was technically only released last year. even 128 would be enough for a base model for alot more people, but keeping it at 64 is just forcing people to up it to the 256 model.

    From my research, it's a really good tablet.
