Well when i was getting the 30, i asked specifically about the 80 and they said i will be getting both so we'll wait and find out
Worked for me, have to go through the first prompt about "Are you sure you want to cancel your benefits?" type message and then it offered the $30 to stay. You won't receive it until next payment though, which is next August for me. Hope I remember to use it!
I regret signing up just to get the $80 like it was good at the time cause with shopback I also got $15 but like since signing up there’s nothing different to when I wasn’t a member

Yes. I've had a few issues with not getting various promised vouchers. Their online 'help' chat services are useless and seemed to be trained to use delaying tactics hoping you will give up..
Same here. Currently eBay has stolen $120 of gift vouchers from me and not paid the $5 monthly vouchers you're supposed to get from Plus. I've been messaging their customer service weekly and just get the same message "We're escalating this with our team yada yada" and "You should hear something in a week". Been going on for over a month. Some of the worst customer service I've experienced.

Membership had already expired last month, $80 offer was listed when I clicked on the "eBay Plus" tab on both desktop and mobile apps.
I just noticed that it looks like the "new members only" * was relating specifically to the 30 day free trial though, should be good.

Should mention - you still have to use the Desktop Version of the eBay website to be able to see this offer
Took a few weeks to come through but once applied for a checkout, the remaining balance/voucher available when checking out again (in mobile app at least)

Can confirm its been a Gift card for atleast the past 2 years of this program.
Had a series of small purchases for both the last 2 years, paid for with the GC, some of them with extra vouchers / promo codes applied.
Not anymore. The gift card cant be combined with any promo code, so its like buying on ebay with 'full price' which you can find cheaper using code on ebay..
I dont get ebay plus…. Everything is more expensive when its eBay plus listed. What other perks besides the free shipping and $5 monthly voucher.

I let my membership expire a few days ago and just saw a banner only offering $20 voucher to rejoin but would work out better with Shopback $15 cashback. It was $40 after letting it expire last year.
Been a week since renewal - still no luck with the gift voucher.
Kinda pissed, my membership auto-renewed today and I never got to take advantage of this offer. It does show in my account if I attempt to cancel but only if I extend beyond 2023. My own damn fault for not checking my renewal date before today though :(

Has anyone had massive issues getting this voucher out of ebay? It has been over 60 days since I renewed my membership and I still haven't got the voucher. Made at least 8 calls to eBay but they always come up with some BS story, can't do anything, it's being escalated, etc. Now they're making up the excuse that it can't be issued until next Year!? I'm at the point of filing a complainant with Fair trading. What's the best way of emailing eBay so they have written proof of my complaint?
