Yeah happened to me ShopBack will generally screw you over and reject the claim . I use cashreward where possible they’re more honest in my opinion.

My last liquorland purchase through shopback on 18/8 shows up as "rejected".. Never had this happen before, emailed the help@ email for clarification.
Never had an issue with CR.

    • Hey mate, sorry to hear you've had trouble with your Cashback mate, that's surely not what we like to hear. I'm happy to take a look at this myself if you like, so do reach out to me via DM, I'm always happy to help.

    • I've had $956 of cashback through Shopback since joining. I'm going to give them one more chance at 2pm for some beers. We'll see how it tracks..

  • I’m sure your purchases are being tracked by ShopBack but obviously the funds are going into shopback’s account , and you (we) get the reject notifications. Lol .

      • the small % cashback tend to come through without any problems it's just the larger % cashback (20%+) that appears to have a high % reject rate when everything was done right. What does that tell you, it certainly tells me something is fishy going on in the backend.

    • Hey mate, that's definitely not the case whatsoever, and not how our Cashback system works. For us to receive any commission, the Cashback needs to be validated and paid by the merchant, so when Cashback is rejected, we lose out also. When I say it's in our best interest for Cashback to be paid out, I mean it in more ways than one. If you do have any tracking issues or queries at all, my DMs are always open to help out as best I can.
