Thanks for the reply! It doesn't need to be a 2 in 1, just touchscreen, my friend says a dGPU is required after all.
Generally for the size you want they are all 2 in 1. The only time you won't get a 2 in 1 but has a touchscreen is for 15" or bigger.
and as for a dGPU, I don't think you are going to get that with a touchscreen. I could be wrong.
Dell has models with GPU and touchscreen, but 16" and too expensive.
His "friend" needs to compromise. How about a desktop games machine at home?

Dual core laptops in 2022 is a big no no, especially for $450
Not bad, but if going used, people recommend 8th gen at least, and you'll find plenty.
Also, you may as well go for a premium model - thinkpad/latitude/elitebook.
OP could afford a lowly Yoga new. He first has to choose between small form, or a dGPU. Work or games?
I mean to be honest there's some great used 8th gen 2 in 1's with 8GB upgradable ram too for around similar price. You just need to hunt for one, and keep hunting until you find one After stacking multiple discounts.
Like I managed to score a 2in1 tablet + keyboard 16gb RAM, upgradable 256 SSD touch screen for like $250 after considering all the discount stackings. Was really a bargain with the PLUSFLASH1

My wife has had Touch screens since the Surface 2 and generally never used it. Id honestly take a dGPU over Touch for price.
The Intel NUC X15 looks reasonable for about $1900, no touch.

Personally, I'd go the Lenovo. I have bought 3 of these for work (I current use one) and it is great.
