  got mine yesterday, feel pretty premium! good lumbar support. neck thingo is a little low but you can take it off. arm rests good. height adjustment good. i am 6ft.

    Have you tried adjusting the height of the headrest? There's not a lot of adjustment, but I have mine as high as it goes and it's OK, but still more of a cradle for my neck as opposed to a rest for my head.

  Assembled my chair today. It squeaks alot when the chair is up-right and locked. Anybody have the same issue?

    Figured it out. Have to tighten the tension knob at the bottom of the chair.

  got mine today which was totally surprising since it is Saturday. WA 616X area, 5'10 65kg, putting it together wasn't bad at all, the screw is in the holes already which is quite unusual. I was so worried when I saw the air piston was so small and short, but it all turned out alright for me, but I can surely see the limit of the chair for any bigger person to sit on.

  really take me a while to make sure the base is the right way to the mechanism since both ways looked it would've worked, another reference to the website picture sorted that out.

  all in all for 210$, consider the shipping time, it is decent. Now that I look back at those 400$+ deals from mydeal, glad i skipped those, i am sure those are even better than this, but this is plenty good enough for me.
