There is a rtsp setting on the app for the floodlight.
Why not suggest a good Floodlight Cam that does everything U mentioned?

I bought this when it first came out on Amazon.
Don't buy it.
There is RTSP streaming, but it's not 24/7 streaming, it will only stream if motion is detected.
It will also disconnect from WiFI quite often (doesn't happen to any of my other 30 smart devices or 3 other Eufy cameras). I've also seen issues where the picture image becomes corrupted (it becomes purple or half the view is missing).
Motion detection is unreliable. Mic is ok but there is a delay. Eufy itself has a pretty poor track history of security and the app is quite buggy.
TL:DR = Buy a separate camera instead rather an over-priced flood light.
funny! people should know before they purchase this floddlight that it is not 24/7 streaming and it only streams when motion is detected.

I have this, very bright flood light. I dont have network disconnection. Only issue is for example, if postman come and go very quickly, this thing is too slow to detect…haha
Had mine for a while now, works perfectly and integrates into my Eufy ecosystem.
Its mainly for use at night covering my whole garden. I only need it to illuminate/record/kick off my alarm if there's motion at night or when I'm out and it's perfect for that. The "patrol" and "follow" features are great too.
