It's because some Breadtop (I think Chadstone, VIC was 1 of it), is not charging as Breadtop. You can submit the receipt to their CS though, my friend got the manual credit

Yes, I think there was a mistake that they're giving $20 when it works, use it when it lasts :). There's store that failed though (not sure why, as it's clearly saying Grill'd too), and the manual credit is, as expected, only $10
Can you please call out which store is it so that the community can avoid going to that store.

The CB for the 1st transaction came instantly, but never got the CB for the 2nd transaction which was few days later.
