Razer Kishi Controller for Android on Amazon AU for $72.21.

This is the first version, reduced in price because the new version is out.

Not the cheapest it's ever been, but the cheapest it's been on Amazon according to CamelCamelCamel.

I figured I'd pull the trigger and give it a go for this price.

      No … just kidding, Yes.

The Xbox version is a couple of dollars more. The only difference is the colour of the buttons.

          Yes

This is a controller, it wouldn’t know what software you’re using it with.
You should be asking does your device work with this controller and does your device work with Xbox Game Pass

      • +1

        partly correct.
its possible to have a controller that works with a device, n that device works with Xbox Game Pass but the controller does not work with Xbox Game Pass. this is the exact scenario with my 8Bitdo Zero 2 controller (the tiny one). it can connects to my android phone without any prob but it cannot play cloud streaming games thru Xbox Game Pass (probably cuz it doesnt have any analog stick). i have no prob playing Xbox Game Pass games with my 8BitDo SN30 Pro controller.

        • The 8Bitdo Zero should still work with games that only use a D-pad? Unless there some stupid check that the app does to prevent you from using it.
I would think it’s fairly obvious if a controller is missing the analog sticks and some shoulder buttons that it won’t be compatible with most games.

@FireRunner: Yes, it still works for games that have implemented d-pad functionality. I know it varies between games and whether you navigate menus with analogue or d-pad. FFXV and Genshin come to mind that, although not on game pass, have alternated control schemes.

I find the buttons too soft.. But great buy anyway..

Apparently the V1 is better in some ways to the V2.

This really should just be the normal price btw, anything over $99 is ridiculous for a controller that is cut in 2.

    • Thanks for that. Bit weird, one of the comments seems to be complaining that some games aren't compatible with kishi. Anyone have any experience of this?

  • shame it doesnt fit the S22 Ultra

  • +1

Genshin Impact still doesn't have native controller support for Android :(
