Cheapest I've seen for the Corsair ML140 Pro RGB twin pack. Comes with Lightning Node Pro. Best if you can pick it up from a store in Vic or NSW. Alternate option is to buy from Scorptec via Amazon for $60 delivered. Delivery to my suburb directly from Scorptec looks to be $14+.

Only 1200 RPM, not fast enough to build enough air pressure that can blow through radiators.
Corsair's own AIO having the 2000RPM version for this same fan, I got them with my H115i.
No special bearing noise, but it's on the louder side (and move more air) compare to Arctic P14 at the same RPM. The Magnetic Levitation bearing may mean no direct contact around the bearing centre, but it also means lack of fix force of the fan blade thus making more rotating vibration when > 1000rpm
There's an actual static pressure measurement. And it's not solely dependent on the rpm, but also heavily related to the pitch of the fan blades.
